VoiceGen is a cloud-based AI text-to-speech platform designed to convert natural written text into expressive, human-like voice recordings. The service is made available free of charge supported by sponsored advertisements and designated usage tiers (e.g., character limits per generation).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VoiceGen solely for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to generate, produce, distribute, or facilitate any audio content that:

• Impersonates real living individuals, celebrities, public officials, or private citizens without explicit consent (Deepfakes / Malicious Impersonation).
• Promotes hate speech, violent extremism, harassment, discrimination, defamation, or illegal acts.
• Generates fraudulent phone scams, phishing calls, or deceptive automated robocalls.
• Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security barriers on the VoiceGen platform or its connected API infrastructure.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate IP blocking and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original text inputs you provide. You are granted royalty-free rights to utilize the resulting synthesized audio files for personal, educational, and commercial projects (such as YouTube videos, podcasts, TikTok clips, and presentations), provided your content adheres to Section 3.

Platform IP: The VoiceGen website design, code, logos, visual assets, and underlying software are the exclusive intellectual property of VoiceGen and protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Free Tier & Advertising Policy

VoiceGen offers free speech generation up to the displayed character limit (e.g., 500 characters per conversion). Users are required to view short sponsor messages/video advertisements to unlock audio downloads and high-capacity generation runs. Attempting to artificially manipulate or automate ad bypass is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiceGen is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, 100% server uptime, or error-free audio synthesis under all circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall VoiceGen, its operators, founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the speech synthesis platform.
