Current status
All existing ToolzyAI utilities are free to use. No payment is required and refunds are not necessary. This page explains the policy we will follow if we release premium features or subscriptions in the future.
Future paid features
If ToolzyAI introduces paid plans (for advanced API calls, custom branding, or additional automation), each plan will clearly describe pricing, billing cycles, and feature limits before you enter payment information.
Requesting a refund
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase if a paid feature fails to perform as described.
- Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and screenshots or logs of the issue.
- We will attempt to fix the problem first; if unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Non-refundable items
Custom development, consulting, or partner credits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. We will always disclose non-refundable work before payment is collected.
